1. Offer Overview
This offer is for a $9990 custom kitchen package from Max World PTY LTD, including custom cabinetry and four selected appliances for the advertised price. All other items and services are subject to additional charges unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. What’s Included
- Custom kitchen cabinetry (up to 6 lineal metres as specified in your quote)
- Four selected appliances (models/brands as specified in your quote or package)
- Standard colour and finish options as per showroom selection
- Basic design consultation
3. What’s Not Included
Unless expressly stated in your quote or contract, the following are not included in the advertised package price:
- Stone, marble, or other benchtops
- Sinks, tapware, and plumbing fixtures
- Splashbacks, lighting, or accessories
- Countertops of any material
- Handles, knobs, or decorative hardware (unless specified)
- Structural changes, demolition, or removal of existing kitchen
- Electrical or plumbing works
- Delivery and installation services
- Custom modifications or upgrades beyond standard inclusions
- Any other items or services not expressly listed as included
4. Visuals and Illustrations
All images, renderings, and photographs used in advertising, social media, or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products, finishes, and inclusions may vary. Please refer to your individual quote and contract for precise details.
5. Pricing and Payment
- The advertised price is subject to change without notice.
- All prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless otherwise specified.
- A deposit could be required to secure your order. Full payment must be received prior to delivery or installation.
- Additional charges may apply for upgrades, variations, or unforeseen site conditions.
6. Delivery and Installation
- Delivery and installation are available at an additional cost and will be quoted separately.
- Delivery and installation dates are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring site readiness and access.
7. Cancellations and Changes
- Orders may be cancelled or amended within 48 hours of deposit payment. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.
- Changes to design, materials, or inclusions after order confirmation may incur additional costs and affect delivery timelines.
8. Warranties
- All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as specified in your contract.
- Max World PTY LTD provides a one-year workmanship warranty on cabinetry.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
9. Limitation of Liability
Max World PTY LTD is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Delays caused by third-party suppliers, shipping, or force majeure events.
- Any costs associated with site preparation, removal of existing fixtures, or repairs not expressly included in your contract.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
